Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once a returned item is received and inspected, or if a payment fails to complete properly.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Failed / Pending Payments

If a payment shows as deducted but the order status remains "Pending" or "Failed", the amount is automatically reversed by PhonePe within 5-7 business days. Contact us if it takes longer.
